SYNOPSIS: In the aftermath of President Park’s assassination in 1979, South Korea plunges into political turmoil as rival military factions vie for control. With martial law declared, ruthless security commander Chun Doo-gwang seizes the moment to lead a violent coup. DIRECTOR: Kim Sung Soo is a South Korean director and writer, known for Asura: The City of Madness (2016) and The Warrior (2001). He graduated from Sejong University with a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. He later earned his master’s degree in Theater and Film from Dongguk University.
