Suvd Namsrai
Actress
Suvd Namsrai is a Mongolian well known actress both on stage and screen. She began her stage career in Mongolia at the National Drama Academic Theater in 1973. Her film work included appearing in the epic No Right to Die – Chinggis Khaan. It was her appearance as Mandukhai in the film, "Mandukhai The Wise Queen” that gained her a state award and in 2001 she was recognised as an "Honoured Actor of Mongolia”. In 2006 she was honoured twice at the "Sacred Musa" festival as a best female lead in the plays "Tears of the Night" and "Atga Nuj". In 2009 she was named as a "People's Actor of Mongolia".

Marc Baschet
Producer
Paris-based producer Marc Baschet has over fifty years of experience in international film production, having primarily produced foreign-language feature and short films.
He has received prestigious awards from Europe’s three major A-list film festivals. These include the Golden Lion and two Silver Lions from the Venice Film Festival, the Golden Bear and two Silver Bears from the Berlin International Film Festival, as well as the Golden Leopard and Silver Leopard from the Locarno Film Festival. His films have also been officially selected in several sections of the Cannes Film Festival, including the Official Competition, Un Certain Regard, Directors’ Fortnight, and the Critics’ Week.
In addition, his works have received awards from international film festivals in countries such as the United Kingdom, India, Australia, Russia, China, the United States, Brazil, Arab countries, Singapore, Argentina, Japan, the Netherlands, Canada, and Uruguay.

Kristina Aschenbrennerova
Programmer
Alumna of film theory and history at the Faculty of Arts of the Masaryk University in Brno, and law at the Comenius University in Bratislava.
Based in Slovakia, Kristina is currently a member of the features selection committee of the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR), with the focus on Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia, and a programmer for the Slovak Queer Film Festival.
She has been working as a festival programmer selecting films from the Far East and South-East Asian cinemas since 2009, namely for Art Film Fest Kosice (now IFF Art Film Kosice), Slovak Queer Film Festival and BRNO16 International Short Film Festival; she organised and coordinated several film events including the Taiwanese Season for Bratislava’s Kino Lumière in 2018 or specials Queer Philippines, Queer Taiwan and Queer Hong Kong for the Slovak Queer FF. In 2022, she joined the IFFR programming team.
Previously, from 2020 – 2022, Kristina was the Programme Manager of Pop Up Film Residency, a residency programme dedicated to the film & series development as well as career development of filmmakers and film producers, and from 2015 – 2022, worked as a festival relations officer and event coordinator at Slovak Film Institute. She occasionally writes for Kino Ikon and Asian Movie Pulse.

Nikolaj Nikitin
Film curator
Nikolaj Nikitin is an internationally established film curator, lecturer, and media expert. Currently he is the artistic director of the Palic Film Festival and curator of the Black Nights festival in Tallinn.
Shortly after studying film studies at Ruhr University Bochum in Germany, Nikolaj Nikitin founded Schnitt magazine (1995–2010), which quickly became one of the most in-demand film publications in the German media landscape. From 2002 to 2019, he served as the Berlinale delegate for Central, Eastern, and Northern Europe as well as the Caucasus region. He scouted films, including many festival winners and numerous talents that are now an integral part of the international film landscape.
Between 2013 and 2023, he was the Executive Director of SOFA – School of Film Advancement, an international training initiative aimed at empowering local film industries by developing management skills among professionals. From 2011 to 2023, he also worked as the managing director of Filmplus gemeinnützigen UG. From 2019 to 2022, he served as the Artistic Director of the Prague International Film Festival. In 2016, he founded the Final Touch Lab—a post-production and market strategy lab for emerging filmmakers—which continues to be held annually.
Nikitin has extensive experience as a jury member and advisor for both international and national film funding bodies. Among these are the European Parliament’s LUX Prize, MEDIA Program, Eurimages, and the Robert Bosch Foundation Co-Production Prize. In addition, he has worked as a curator for various international film festivals including the Art Film Biennale (Germany), Cottbus (Germany), Ostende (Belgium), and Stockfish (Iceland).
He is also an official advisor to FIPRESCI (International Federation of Film Critics), the European Film Academy, and Cineuropa, a leading European film industry platform. Currently based in Berlin, he is widely recognized in his field and regularly lectures and conducts cultural management training across the globe.

Amarsanaa Battulga
Film critic
Amarsanaa Battulga is a film critic and programmer from Mongolia. He has served on juries at the Locarno Film Festival, the Hong Kong International Film Festival, and the Golden Ger International Film Festival. His writing has appeared in publications such as Die Welt, Cineuropa, photogénie, and Documentary. He’s a FIPRESCI member, alumnus of Berlinale Talent Press, and PhD researcher at Nanjing University.
